Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee

If CELPIPrise isn’t what you expected, email support@celpiprise.com and we will refund your first payment in full. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment of your first subscription.

You are eligible when all three of these are true:

• Your purchase was made within the last 7 calendar days.
• You have completed fewer than 10 practice exercises.
• You have attempted no more than 2 mock exams.

The usage limits are there so the guarantee stays a genuine try-before-you-commit, not a way to work through the library for free. Past them, or outside the 7 days, write to us anyway — if something went wrong on our side we will still put it right.

Renewals

Renewal charges are generally not refundable — cancel before your renewal date from Settings → Billing and you will not be charged again. If you believe a renewal was charged in error (for example, you canceled before the renewal date but were still billed), contact us and we will make it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. They typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
