1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using CELPIPrise (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

CELPIPrise provides practice tasks, mock exams, and self-assessment tools designed to help test-takers prepare for the Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP). The Service is for practice and self-study only and does not award any official certification.

3. Trademark notice

CELPIP® is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises Inc. CELPIPrise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Paragon Testing Enterprises or any of its subsidiaries. The practice content offered here is independently produced and is intended to mirror the format of the CELPIP test for study purposes only. References to “CELPIP” on this Service are for descriptive/nominative purposes.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and a valid email address. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Your content

When you submit answers, written responses, or audio recordings to the Service, you grant CELPIPrise a limited license to store and display that content back to you, and to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the Service. You retain ownership of your submissions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or redistribute practice questions, answers, or other content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service;
• upload audio, images, or text that you do not have the right to use;
• use the Service to harass others or break any law.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.

First-time subscribers are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee: email support@celpiprise.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. See the Refund Policy for details.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CELPIPrise does not guarantee that scores or feedback shown on the Service reflect the score you would receive on an official CELPIP test. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CELPIPrise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
