CELPIP test centres in Brampton: every location, sitting times and how to book
Every CELPIP test centre in Brampton with the address and area, the sitting times and volume in the September 2026 calendar, how far ahead to book, the nearest alternatives when it is full, and the fee.
Updated September 11, 2026
Brampton has three CELPIP test centres with regular sittings, all within a few minutes of Queen Street East or Highway 410, and demand here runs higher than capacity: when this was checked in September 2026, most sessions in the coming week were sold out. The fee is the national CAD $299 plus tax for CELPIP-General ($199 plus tax for General LS), and bookings go through your celpip.ca account only — the centres cannot register you.

Sittings, times and how far ahead to book
About 250 sittings were listed for the coming three months, with morning sessions at 10 or 10:30 a.m. and afternoon sessions at 2:15 or 2:30 p.m., mainly on weekdays. Brampton sells out earlier than any other city on this list: book two to three weeks ahead, and four or more for a Saturday. Sold-out sessions do reopen when candidates transfer their dates, so it is worth rechecking the calendar a few days before the week you want.
If Brampton is full: the nearest alternatives
Mississauga has its own centres on celpip.ca and is the nearest alternative. Toronto has nine active centres and almost never sells out; from Brampton GO, Union Station is about 40 minutes, and ILSC on University Avenue and Centre of English Studies on Elizabeth Street are a ten-minute walk from there. Because the test and fee are identical, a Toronto date next week is usually better than a Brampton date in three.
Fee, ID and booking
Every Brampton centre charges the national fee — CAD $299 plus tax for CELPIP-General, $199 plus tax for General LS (celpip.ca, September 2026) — and none of them takes bookings: you register and pay in your celpip.ca account, choose the centre and sitting there, and receive the confirmation by email. Bring one original government-issued photo ID in exactly the name you registered with; a mismatch is the most common reason candidates are turned away at check-in. Transfers to another date or centre are made in the same account and carry a fee.
Before you sit it
The centre decides where you sit; the weeks before decide the level. Take one full-length mock first — it shows which of the four skills needs the time — then drill that skill with timed sets in the real format. Two sets in every Listening and Reading part and two prompts in every Writing and Speaking task are free, and a Brampton date two weeks out is enough time to use them.
Booked your date? Start with the free mock.
All twenty sections in the official order, with a level estimate per skill and criterion notes on your writing and speaking — so the next two weeks go where they are needed.

How many CELPIP test centres are in Brampton?

Why are CELPIP sittings in Brampton sold out?
Three centres serve a city where demand for CELPIP is high, so near-term sessions fill first. Book two to three weeks ahead, recheck for reopened seats, or take a Toronto or Mississauga date.
Is the CELPIP test in Brampton the same as in Toronto?
Yes. The test, fee and results process are identical at every authorised centre; only the room changes.
